Tim joined CLA in 2023 as the national digital growth director dedicated to the financial services industry group. Tim was previously the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology & Operating Officer for a mid-sized community bank in Wisconsin. Tim couples his traditional banking experience from the C-Suite with his passion for leveraging data and digital to help our clients & the industry evolve and develop best strategies in the transformed financial services environment and ecosystem.  

Tim is a firm believer that with a solid data strategy and a formalized digital journey roadmap our clients are best served to effectively navigate through the current pace of change within the industry while meeting customer & member preferences. Tim works directly with our clients in performing current state assessments for operations, IT, data, change management, cybersecurity, strategy, and digital planning. These assessments help each of our clients recognize their strengths and opportunities while identifying where they might be able to leverage new digital tools such as AI, automation, fintech integration, third party vendors, CX, and operational process improvements/efficiencies to meet bank performance goals and improve CX across all channels.
