Joan Woldt is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Bank First. After 16 years with Associated Bank, Joan started with Bank First in 2010 as Regional President for the then new Fox Valley Region. Joan was the lead when the Bank merged with First National Bank of Waupaca in 2017, eventually overseeing that group of bankers and offices.? Joan continues to be involved in mergers and acquisitions working with the new bankers in different markets – Joan is also the leader of the bank’s customer experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion teams as well as serving on many other boards and committees in Oshkosh.
