Shannon is the Education & Talent Coordinator for the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. She works with the area school systems and the Oshkosh business community to foster connections, open lines of communication, and create collaborative programs that strengthen the existing talent development system and help address the critical workforce dilemmas faced by our community. Shannon has 3 young children, and is married to a middle school teacher, which offers her great insight into the ever-changing landscape of the teenage mind and helps to keep her program ideas realistically grounded.
Shannon graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Stout in 2002 with a degree in graphic design which she currently puts to use doing the branding, marketing and more for EllaFisch Seafood, the small business she owns and operates together with her husband out of Winneconne, WI and Naknek, AK. Being a business owner allows Shannon to offer insights into the needs, wants and concerns in applying ever-evolving technology to the small business sector.
Shannon is very excited to be part of Amplify Oshkosh, hoping to transfer the extensive knowledge base and recourses to grow a technologically informed local talent base for the workforce needs of the future.
