Kim Walters (she/hers), Director of the CESA 6 Center 4All, has served in education as a teacher and an instructional coach for over 20 years. With a commitment to workplace inclusion, she holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion, a certificate in Innovative Teacher Leadership and Instructional Coaching, and she is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), as well as a Certified Facilitator of the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® (ICS®) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) assessments.
