Bobbi is charged with assessing/understanding company needs and connecting companies to services provided by the workforce system. Additionally, Bobbi partners closely with Chamber of Commerce organizations, economic development professionals and technical colleges to find creative solutions (such as grants and collaborative training initiatives) to current and future workforce needs.
IT is a career path but it also includes the technology that is embedded in every occupation. Oshkosh is filled with amazing companies doing amazing things! As jobs and technology continue to evolve, we must all work together to ensure that we keep local skills current. It’s a true war on talent right now and that will continue to be true into the future . . . IT/technology is a key factor to help our region remain competitive!
