As an Insurance Agent at COUNTRY Financial – Tom Shuler Agency, you will be a key player in safeguarding the futures of individuals, families, and businesses. Your role will encompass:
Identifying prospective clients through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted lead generation.
Collaborating with clients to deeply understand their insurance needs and long-term financial objectives.
Educating clients about the array of insurance solutions available, explaining coverage specifics and policy terms.
Tailoring insurance packages to align seamlessly with clients’ distinct requirements and financial capacities.
Presenting and articulating insurance policies clearly and coherently, ensuring clients are well-informed.
Efficiently processing policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Nurturing robust client relationships through exceptional service delivery and personalized attention.
Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovative product offerings.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
Possession of an active Property & Casualty and or Life insurance license in the state of Wisconsin.
Demonstrable experience in sales, customer service, or related domains.
Remarkable interpersonal skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
Adeptness in building rapport and cultivating trust with diverse clientele.
Meticulous attention to detail and proficient organizational proficiencies.
Self-motivation and an unyielding desire to excel in sales targets.
