Julie collaborates with the Oshkosh Area Public Schools, Lourdes Academy, Fox Valley Technical College and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and the Oshkosh business community to create workforce development programs that strengthen the existing workforce development system, open the lines of communication between education and business, and address the critical workforce dilemmas faced by our community.
